Understanding Your Vision

Initial Design Consultation

Here we learn about your wants and needs. If you’re building a new home, selecting the right floor plan is a critical step. At your consultation, you’ll meet with a Residential Designer to discuss your vision, budget, and
how your home should meet your family’s needs.

Architectural Plans & Plan Review

After we meet with you, we’ll put together detailed
architectural plans that match your vision. From here,
we strongly encourage you to utilize our Virtual Design
service to get photorealistic 3D renderings of your
project. After reviewing, you can give your stamp of
approval or request revisions.

Material Lists

Enjoy partnering with a designer who works for the leading building supply company in Wisconsin. We can prepare detailed material lists–not estimates–and then supply what your project needs.

Connect With Recommended Builders

If you don’t already have a builder, we’ll help you find the perfect fit. We have close relationships with top local builders that we can recommend for your project. If you have a builder, we can work with them directly, too.

Estimates & Beyond

Based on our extensive knowledge of building materials, we’ll help you make the most of your budget with an accurate, timely cost estimate. If you’re working with a builder, we’ll deliver finalized plans to them for cost estimation and scheduling.

Our Residential Design Team brings your ideas to life by customizing home designs to fit your needs and desires of today and the future. While detailed architectural plans are great, a photorealistic 3D rendering is even better. After developing your plan, we strongly recommend you work with our Virtual Design Team to develop 3D renderings ranging from exterior views, interior views (with or without furniture), or to the extent of a full walk-through of your new or renovated home.
