Initial Design Consultation
Here's where we learn about your wants and needs. At your consultation, you'll meet with a Residential Designer to discuss your vision, your budget, and what will make your home work for your family–what we call "livability."
Preliminary Plans
After we meet with you, we’ll put together drawings and plans that match your vision. From here on out, you can add on services from our Virtual Design Consultants to get a virtual 3D rendering of your project.
Plan Review Meeting(s)
It's time to see your design! We'll share finished floor plans and 3D models for you to give your stamp of approval or request that we make some tweaks. No matter how many rounds of revisions it takes, we'll get the design just right for you.
Connecting With Builders
If you already have a builder, we'll coordinate with them throughout the design process. We can also recommend a builder that will suit your personality and project needs or provide our thoughts about the builder you have in mind.
Approved Plans & Beyond
You have a stellar design and a perfect-for-you builder. We'll send your finalized plans to your builder for cost estimation and scheduling. After that, Drexel is happy to help you make selections and to supply what you need.
